How to prepare potatoe stirr fries
Irish potatoes - 100g
Eggs - 8 pieces
White fish - 500gram
Spices. Magi, thyme, curry, salt - 100gram
Tatashe (red bell) - 50g
Green pepper - 100gram
Fiesta powder - 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper - 1 teaspoon
Carrot (optional) - 50gram
Hot dog - 1 tin
Fresh tomatoes (firm one) - 4 pieces
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Magi
Vegetable oil - 2 spoonful
Sugar - 25g
Method
1. Dice all the vegetable. Grate potatoes and fry adding little sugar for 5min without colouring.
2. Whisk egg until fluffy.
3. Add the chopped vegetable one after the other whisking after each addition.
4. Add the mashed fish and granted potatoes. Add the fiesta powder and add the slice hot dog.
5. Cream or grease pan pour the mixture into the pan then garnished the top with slice hot dog.
6. Bake for 20 - 30minutes.
And serve your tasty fiesta.
