✅ PUT YOU CATFISH ON A POT AND ADD WATER ENOUGH WATER TO COVER THE FISH.
ADD YOUR SEASONING (MAGGI) AND COVER IT TO BOIL FOR ABOUT 3 - 4MIN.
✅ THEN YOU ADD YOUR BLENDED PUREE (THAT YOUR PEPPER ONIONS, CRAYFISH ETC) ALSO ADD YOUR POUNDED YAM PUREE ON A SMALL PASTE FORM, ADD YOU UTAZI LEAF AND SALT TO TASTE.
✅ COVER THE POT AND ALLOW THE CONTENT TO BOIL /COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MIN, THEN YOU NOTICE THAT THE LUMP YAM HAVE DISSOLVED. AND THE SISSOLVED YAM HAVE MADE THE SOUP THICKER.
