MARUGBO SOUP - "ONDO BLACK SOUP"
MARUGBO is a soup also known as "eweta*.
✅ TWO ✌️ MAIN VEGETABLES ARE USED
π MARUGBO (Clerodendrum volubile) and
EFINRIN (African basil) scent leaf π
INGREDIENTS
π Cat fish π , cow skin
π Crayfish
π Fresh marugbo and EFINRIN π leaf
π Little quality of melon (Egusi)
π Pepper soup spices
π Fresh pepper {ata-rodo}
π Maggi, salt,
π Ginger and red oil
DIRECTION
✅Blend your fresh marugbo, efirin leaf π, melon and your πΆ pepper
✅ Make hot water π¦ for your cat fish π to remove the dirt from it body.
DIRECTION 2
✅Put little water π¦ in a pot
✅ Pour the blended vegetables into the pot stirs.
✅Put your pepper soup spices, red oil, crayfish and cow skin.
✅Add all the seasonings {salt, Maggi}
✅Cover your pot, allow to boil for like 15min.
✅Add your catfish, allow to boil for extral 5 min.
