HOW TO MAKE ZOBO
*🍷Sorrel drink 🍷
This is not your average sorrel drink. I have modified this recipe to make it a bit more festive by adding sparkling water instead of plain water which gives this sorrel juice a little more kick and makes it more exotic.

🍷You can use the leftover leaves for one more batch but this time around you can reduce the amount of Liquid you’ll use.
🍷On the average one cup of dry Sorrel buds will require about 5 cups of water. However, this quantity may vary a little bit depending on how dry your sorrel buds are. You will be able to get more juice from the dryer buds.
🍷You can choose to make the flavor more intense by adding more sorrel leaves, but I personally like a medium-light strength.
🍷**The botanical name of Sorrel is Hibiscus sabdariffa L. that is why it’s often confused with hibiscus flower however, they are two totally be different plants. Sorrel also goes by several names: Roselle, Zobo and rose mallow.
