How to make a perfect nigeria pancakes

Today,am going to teach you how to prepare the nigerian pancakes, and the ingredients used in making them.
Why not prepare something special, flavourable and Tantalizing for your family in this period of total lockdown,that would be an unforgettable and exciting experience for your family, each time they remember this season of covid 19....Now,let proceed....
Nigerian pancakes are moist,supple,and delicious.They are not dry and bread -like,like their western counterparts.Here are the ingredients needed to make the nigerian pancakes.
Nigerian pancakes Ingredients:
1.500g (11b,3.5 cups) all purpose flour
2.1/2 cup of full evaporated milk
3.1/3 cup of sugar
4.3 eggs
5.1/2 teaspoon of salt
6.Dry ground cayenne pepper (to your taste)
7.1 litre (4.2 cups) of water
8.Vegetable Oil for frying
Directions for making the nigerian pancakes:
1. Break the eggs into a big enough bowl.
2.Beat the eggs very well and add one third of thewater.stir till well combined
3.Sift the flour into the bowl.
4. Mix by stirring the middle till everything is well combined. Crush any lump that form.
5.Add the evaporated milk, sugar and salt
6.Add a bit more of water,mix very well,keep doing that till all the water has been used up.make sure that there is no lump in it,but if there is,pass the mix through a sieve with a wire mesh or use a hand mixer to whisk it.
7.pour a tiny amount of oil,into a frying pan.when it heats up,pour in a thin layer of the pan cake mix into the pan.
8.when the top of the batter cakes (you fry on medium heat).flip the pancake with a spatula to fry the other side.
9.when the bottom side becomes golden to your liking,take it off and place in a flat plate.fry the remainingpancake,you mix it the same way.
Try this and and see that it is good!!
